With an endless variety of items and brands available today, you may be looking for/needing an item or brand name that we do not stock. No worries.
We are glad to offer this valuable service and enjoy the challenge and opportunity to get you the things that you want.
Our Special order policy:
- Full payment is required for all Special Orders
- 99% of Special Order / Non-Stock items are non-returnable/refundable. Occasionally we will accept a return, but a 25% re-stock fee will apply. Please ask whether either of these situations apply to your order.
- If you need it tomorrow, it most likely will not happen. In this case, we will do our best to refer you to another source to find your item
Customers should expect anywhere between 1-3 weeks on special orders. Sometimes delivery delays beyond CPS Inc. control occur. If/when, this is the case; we will maintain a open communication channel with you regarding your order.
